During February and March, our Central Florida team played a critical role in supporting a major turnaround initiative at the Mosaic New Wales plant. This effort focused on the maintenance and repair of two key production assets, requiring a coordinated, around-the-clock operation.

At peak execution, more than 100 Mid-State team members were deployed to ensure the work was completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Their commitment and teamwork paid off in a big way, our portion of the turnaround was completed an impressive five days ahead of schedule.

Finishing early enabled our customer to resume operations sooner than planned, significantly reducing downtime and minimizing lost production. This outcome reflects not only strong planning and execution, but also the dedication and work ethic of our field teams.

In recognition of their outstanding performance, all team members who supported the turnaround received a $50 gift card as a token of appreciation for their hard work and contribution. This project is a strong example of what can be achieved when teamwork, discipline, and customer focus come together. Great job to everyone involved.
