In partnership with your dedicated Mid-State Project Manager, we will establish the scope of the repairs with a highly detailed quote and a complete documentation of the detailed repairs required.  This includes, but is not limited to: complete failure reports, component sheets, standard assembly sheets, disassembly sheets, and a detailed Final Repair Documentation identifying the mode of failure for each item along with photographs highlighting the conditions identified. We are committed to ensuring you have the necessary knowledge needed to make the best decisions in order to support optimal maintenance for your business needs.

Pump Repair Services Capabilities:

  • OEM Certified Repair Shop for the following pumps: Weir, Warman, Galigher, Ash, Hazleton, Lewis, Floway
  • Expertise in several other lines which include Worthington, Sulzer, Flowserve, Couch, and most other horizontal and vertical centrifugal pumps

  • Timkentm Gold certified 875 square foot isolated and pressure controlled bearing clean room for bearing handling

Our pump remanufacturing process can bring your pump back to OEM specifications, update material standards, and ultimately, back to a better state than its original installation. Whether you are repurposing a pump or have made operational changes, pump remanufacturing could be the ideal alternative, as it saves time and money.

Need your pump turned around quick?
In most cases, we can complete a remanufacture of your pump in a matter of weeks versus months with a new pump installation. It’s also cost-effective, all while bringing the newest technology without changes to the existing pump core resulting in zero installation or modification changes. Your dedicated Project Manager will facilitate the project and our unique documentation protocol will ensure for an effective and smooth delivery.
