As we move forward this year, I want to take a moment to thank you for trusting Mid-State and to share where we’re headed as a company.

In the first quarter, we focused on strengthening how we operate in the field and in our shops. Not just to serve our customers better, but to give our teams the structure, tools, and support needed to be successful. When we operate consistently, everyone wins, our customers get better outcomes, and our employees have a better, more predictable environment to perform and grow.

We have also kicked off major system upgrades, including our ERP and BuildOps implementation. This is an important step forward for the company. These systems will give our teams better visibility into the work, clearer expectations, and stronger alignment between the field and the office. The outcome is more clarity, more accountability, and more opportunity for both our employees and our customers.
