LAKELAND, FL – Mid-State Industrial Maintenance (MA) announced that Clay Savoy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective January 15, 2026. Savoy joins the company’s Executive Team and will lead Mid-State as it continues its strategic growth within the industrial services market.

Mid-State’s growth has been built on the professionalism of its workforce and a steadfast commitment to safety, which remain central to the company’s long-term strategy. As the organization pursues continued expansion, leadership emphasized the importance of ensuring growth does not outpace operational or management capabilities.
Savoy brings more than 20 years of experience in the industrial markets Mid-State serves. He has successfully led organizations in the heavy industrial services sector, refining and executing profitable growth strategies while overseeing the acquisition and integration of complementary businesses. His experience aligns with Mid-State’s focus on responsible, sustainable expansion.
