Chemical Processing Car Frame

Chemical plants use large filters to separate the waste (gypsum) from the phosphoric acid. The car frames are the main support structure that hold appx 24-36 filter pans depending on what filter is installed at the plant.  Mid-State has been fabricating and installing car frames for over 35 years. Car frames are fabricated out of 316SS, and come in 40’, 50’, and 60’ diameters. This project was awarded to Mid-State to fabricate and install a new car frame at a local Chemical processing plant in Florida.
